이 약관은 Rebalabs Co., Ltd.(리바랩스 주식회사, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 "67: 식스세븐팡"(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
서비스는 회원 가입이나 로그인 없이 이용합니다. 기록은 이용자의 기기와 별명·기기 번호로 구분되며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기 안 기록은 사라지고 복구되지 않습니다.
① 별명은 2~8자로 정하며 실명·학교명·연락처·욕설·타인 사칭은 금지됩니다. ② 랭킹과 67 전당은 모든 이용자에게 보이는 공개 벽입니다. 회사는 규칙에 어긋나는 별명·기록을 예고 없이 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다.
① 캐릭터·테마·목소리·이름표·별 묶음·광고 제거는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store를 통해 구매합니다. 가격과 결제·환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다. ② 구매한 아이템은 구매한 스토어 계정과 기기에 귀속되며 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다. ③ 미성년자가 구매하려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요하며, 동의 없는 구매는 스토어 절차에 따라 취소할 수 있습니다.
별·하트·재도전권은 게임 안에서만 쓰는 무료 재화입니다. 게임 플레이, 광고 시청, 이벤트로 얻으며 현금 가치가 없고 환불·양도되지 않습니다.
① 쿠폰 코드는 회사가 이벤트·친구 초대 등으로 무료로만 나눠 줍니다. 회사는 쿠폰 코드를 판매하지 않으며, 어떤 판매처도 두지 않습니다. ② 코드로 받을 수 있는 것은 별·하트·재도전권 같은 무료 재화뿐이며, 유료 아이템은 코드로 열리지 않습니다. ③ 코드를 돈 받고 팔거나 사는 행위, 자동 입력 프로그램으로 코드를 추측하는 행위는 금지되며 회사는 해당 기기의 코드 사용을 막을 수 있습니다.
서비스에는 배너·전면·보상형 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고는 어린이 보호 설정으로 요청되어 맞춤 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 광고 제거 아이템을 구매하면 배너·전면 광고가 사라지며, 이용자가 직접 선택하는 보상형 광고는 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
부정한 방법으로 점수·재화를 얻는 행위, 서비스를 변조·복제·역설계하는 행위, 다른 이용자를 괴롭히는 별명, 코드 매매. 위반 시 기록 삭제·기능 제한을 할 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 점검할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 안 공지로 알립니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 공지하며, 종료 시점에 남은 유료 아이템은 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
회사는 고의·중과실이 없는 한 기기 문제, 통신 장애, 이용자의 과실로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 소비자 보호 법령이 정한 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 회사 본점 소재지 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

These Terms govern the mobile game "67: SixSeven Pang" (the "Service") provided by Rebalabs Co., Ltd. ("we").
The Service is used without sign-up or login. Records are tied to your device, nickname and device number; deleting the app erases device records and they cannot be restored.
Nicknames are 2 to 8 characters; real names, school names, contact details, profanity and impersonation are prohibited. Rankings and the 67 Hall are visible to everyone. We may change or remove nicknames and entries that break the rules without notice.
Characters, themes, voices, name plates, star bundles and ad removal are purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store under each store's pricing, payment and refund policies. Purchased items belong to the store account and device used and cannot be converted to cash. Minors need a legal guardian's consent to purchase; unauthorized purchases may be cancelled under store procedures.
These are free in-game currencies earned by playing, watching ads or through events. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Coupon codes are distributed by us free of charge only, through events and friend invites. We never sell coupon codes and operate no point of sale for them. Codes grant free items only (stars, hearts, retry tickets); paid items cannot be unlocked with codes. Selling or buying codes, or guessing codes with automated tools, is prohibited and may lead to a device being blocked from redeeming.
The Service shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, all requested with child-directed treatment so no personalized ads appear. The ad-removal item removes banner and interstitial ads; rewarded ads you choose to watch remain available.
Obtaining scores or currencies by illegitimate means, modifying, copying or reverse-engineering the Service, abusive nicknames, and trading codes. Violations may result in record deletion or feature restrictions.
We may change or suspend the Service for maintenance; material changes are announced in the app. Service termination is announced 30 days in advance and remaining paid items are handled under applicable law.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage caused by device problems, network failures or user error. Nothing here limits rights granted by consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are handled by the court having jurisdiction over our head office.
